A Mixed Up Christmas by Matt Bennett

I released another album today – this one has Electronic/EDM/Trance styles plus a jazz rendition of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen and an orchestral original song called Communion, Pizza, Lights. You can buy on my Bandcamp page, or get a physical copy here. I would be thrilled if you just gave it a listen, and share if you like it!

It really is entirely mixed up. Different styles with one theme. Enjoy!

Oh Come Emmanuel (1861) – Matt Bennett

Electronic / Synth version of the 1861 Christmas Tune (Hymn). I took some liberties with phrasing in the melody to make it sound more like EDM. I think a lot of the phrasing was in consideration of the lyrics, and since this has no lyrics, I wanted to change it to emphasize the beautiful melody. Listen or buy HERE.

Now, you still have one burned out bulb, but it is in a room that you don’t use too often. Since you keep forgetting to buy them at the store, Continue reading “Light bulb triage”
